2026 FUJIFILM instax™ EARTH DAY SWEEPSTAKES Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Description. The 2026 FUJIFILM instax™ EARTH DAY SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is being conducted by FUJIFILM North America Corporation, 200 Summit Lake Drive, Valhalla, NY USA 10595 (“Fujifilm”) (the “Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period and Eligibility. The Sweepstakes begins and entries will be accepted commencing as of 9:00 a.m. ET on April 22, 2026. The Sweepstakes will close, and no more entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. ET on May 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Deadline”, and the period while the Sweepstakes is in effect is referenced herein as the “Sweepstakes Period”).

A random drawing to select eight (8) winners, from among all eligible entries received as of the end of the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted by Sponsor on or about 12:00 p.m. ET on May 11, 2026 (the “Drawing”). The prize winners will be notified, and the verification process commenced promptly thereafter. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (a “U.S. Resident”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Eligibility limitations apply as outlined below. Employees of the Sponsor or any of its respective parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and wherever prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
For All Submissions/Entries: A U.S. Resident who is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and submits a valid entry as set forth herein (an “Entry” or “Entries”) is referenced herein as an “Entrant”. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per household, and per email and street address. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email or street address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than a single Entry by using multiple/different names or name variations, email or street addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void EACH and EVERY of that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, or misdirected Entries, which will also be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant if eligible for Sweepstakes participation. A potential winner may be required to show proof of age, residency, name, email, street address, and being the authorized email account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
3. How to Enter. To participate in the Sweepstakes and become an Entrant, a prospective contestant (“You”) must (i) be a U.S. Resident at least eighteen (18) years of age (as noted above), (ii) properly and fully complete and submit the Sweepstakes Registration and Entry Form (the “Entry form”) located at https://www.instaxus.com/sweepstakes/earth-day by providing your name, email address, zip code, and other required requested information, (iii) certify as to your age, (iv) certify as to your residence eligibility at time of entry, and (v) certify as to your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes Registration and Entry Form will also include an optional “Opt In” for each Entrant to voluntarily elect to receive emails relating to new products, promotional discounts, and general information about FUJIFILM instax™ Instant Cameras, Instant Film and other instax™ branded products. Such “Opt In” is voluntary and shall have no bearing on your Entry into the Sweepstakes or your chances of winning.
Entrants must navigate to https://www.instaxus.com/sweepstakes/earth-day and complete and submit the Entry Form and certify as described above. As a condition to Entry, you will be required to agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in each instance. Your submission of the Entry Form expressly acknowledges your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER. Entries submitted without all of the required information as requested on the Entry Form will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified. In addition, all late, lost, or otherwise incomplete Entries will not be considered valid Entries and will be disqualified. Proof of your submission of Entry is not proof of the Sponsor’s receipt and the Sponsor’s designated computer will be the official record keeping device for all Entries applicable to the Sweepstakes. Any attempt at, or form of, Entry other than as expressly specified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules (including but not limited to automated entry) is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. No correspondence about Entry submissions will be answered. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, hacked or misdirected Entries or any failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications or Internet uploading or other connections. Sponsor is also not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or for failed transmissions or electronic or device malfunctions of any kind.
4. Sweepstakes Entries and Submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries which Sponsor, at its sole discretion, determine do not meet the eligibility requirements or violate the restrictions outlined in these Official Rules. If the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes and conduct a drawing based on all valid Entries received that are unaffected by the problem, and/or to terminate this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with this Sweepstakes, to harass or interfere with any other Entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by Sponsor in its absolute discretion. Entries shall be void if they are incomplete or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these Official Rules. Upon submission Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor.
In no event will any personal information provided to Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes be shared with any non-Sponsor third party for independent, third-party use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to website terms and conditions located on the site associated with the entry URL, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference as applicable, and to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/privacy (also incorporated by reference), which will apply to all Entrant information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes. The following prizes will be awarded to of the) eight (8) selected Winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The prizes to be awarded to the winners consist of:
- An instax WIDE 400™ Instant Camera Prize Package that includes:
- One (1) FUJIFILM instax WIDE 400™ Instant Camera (color of Sponsor’s choosing) (USD ARV: $175.95); and
- One (1) FUJIFILM instax™ WIDE Instant Film Twin Pack (USD ARV: $35.99)
Total Prize Value of each Prize Package = USD $211.94
Total Prize Value of all prizes to be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes = USD $1,695.52. Taxes, including without limitation, federal, state and/or local, and other prize related expenses on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable prize winner. You are not an official Sweepstakes Prize Winner until you have received an official notification of your winning status from the Sponsor, you are successfully validated, and you have provided all necessary information and documentation requested by Sponsor, including a completed IRS form W-9 (if requested by Sponsor, to be used by Sponsor exclusively in connection with satisfaction of its tax obligations), and a signed and returned Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release as referenced below if and as determined to be necessary by Sponsor. In addition, each Prize Winner must provide a valid street address (no P.O. boxes) if shipment of the prize is required, which will generally occur within four (4) weeks of completion of the Sweepstakes validation process. Sponsor will be responsible for shipping costs. Subject to Sponsor’s right to cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, the Prizes as referenced will be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes. No cash or substitutions of prizes are allowed except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners and Prize Acceptance. The winners will be selected at random in the Drawing held by Sponsor from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the Drawing and as noted above will be required to provide applicable tax information. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email filters or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. In addition, the potential winners may at Sponsor’s option be required to sign, and return if and as requested, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release document confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility and releasing Sponsor from liability relating to the prize(s) awarded. Documents shall be returned electronically, and such documents will have the same force and effect as the original signed documents. If the documents are not promptly returned (in any event within 3 business days of the date sent), if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if any winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result and that winner’s applicable prize will be awarded to a selected alternate prize winner. A total of eight (8) alternate prize winners will be selected at the time of the original drawing, with order of selection tracked by Sponsor. Your acceptance of the prize constitutes your permission for the Sponsor to use your name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation to you, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, and if selected as a prize winner, by accepting the prize, you acknowledge your irrevocable agreement to the following liability waiver and release: SPONSOR, ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY OR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO OR OF ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH OF ANY PERSON), ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, EXERCISE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, OR OTHERWISE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY. This disclaimer of liability shall not include the limited product warranty applicable to any of the Prizes which will in any event remain applicable in accordance with its terms.
8. Void Where Prohibited, Disputes and Availability of Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Disputes relating to the Sweepstakes shall be commenced exclusively within the state of New York, U.S.A., governed by the laws of the state of New York, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law provisions, and will be resolved by binding arbitration before an arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association, provided that applicable law will be applied in any adjudication or arbitration proceeding and provided that this provision is subject to all interpretations and aspects of this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules being subject to Sponsor’s interpretation and determinations in each instance as specifically outlined. The Official Rules will be posted at https://www.instaxus.com/sweepstakes-rules-earth-day at all times during the Sweepstakes Period. 9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, who exceeds the limitations on entry, who does not meet the eligibility requirements, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without liability, and/or to randomly select the winners from among all valid Entries received to date that are unaffected by the problem, if any.
10. Prize Winners. Prize Winners. Only one request per envelope will be honored. Information provided in response to a valid request will comply with applicable legal requirements, privacy laws and our privacy policy.
